Info About Me:
I'm 19, and very sociable and friendly. I was
home-educated for the last 6 years of my school life, and I also took
GCSE's during this period too. Although I had to go to a school to do
the actual exam. I took Maths, English Literature and English Language
and passed with C grade (something I never thought I'd get for the
maths one!) I also have a diploma in website designing too.
Between September 2005 and June 2007, I attended college on a
BTEC National Diploma Media Studies course. In the first year it
covered radio, print and video, and in the second year you could
specialise. I chose the video area and have made a music video, dream
sequence, documentary, advert, film trailer, news broadcast, and
promotional videos during my time there.
From September 2007, I have been studying at The University
of Northampton on a BA Contemporary Media Production course. There are only 5 on
the course but we have got to know each other really well.
Yes, I am a Christian, but not the sort who rants
and raves that everyone will go to hell and that sort of thing.
Basically I've grown up into it through my parents
(mainly my mum). I do a lot within the church I go to though, run the
website at www.parkavenue.org.uk,
prepare and present powerpoints for the services and do a lot with the
kids too, like help with youth activities at Park Avenue and at St
Gregory's Catholic Church, and I am on the team that organises the
annual holiday club, where I often do drama and write scripts for too.
I'm
into drama in a big way. I was in The Masque Youth Theatre (a local group)
between 2001 and 2006. Whilst I was in the group I appeared in three major
stage productions - Aristophanes' The Birds in 2003,
Any
Dream Will Do (a revue about dreams) in 2004 and To Buy A Fat Pig - A revue
about markets in April 2006.
I
also starred in The Pied Piper of Hamlin and took part in a 12 minute
street theatre production of Hamlet called Hamlet In A Hurry. Hello by
the way to anyone from Masque who may be reading this...
I have also appeared in church pantomimes (Sleeping Beauty and Snow
White in 2003 and 2004) and in February 2006 I played the leading role
of Aladdin.
I
have also written and performed a series of 5 sketches surrounding the
adventures of two children Peter and Lizzie and the evil Captain Jack
Swallow (played by me). In March 2006, the evil Captain Jack Swallow was
resurrected for a final send-off in one last sketch performed at a
Holiday Club Reunion for those that went to the Holiday Club last Summer
where they were performed.
I
also adapted Bible Stories for performance in the 2006 Holiday Club. For the
2007 Holiday Club, I wrote a series of sketches about builders who have
incidents happen to them that remind them of Bible stories. A reunion sketch
has been written and is due to be performed in May 2008.
I
have many friends and I'm going list some of them here:
My
college mates - Oliver, Kim, Jay, Stacey, Danny, Mike it's been good to
know you over the past two years and I'm going to miss you when term
ends!

don't know what I'd do without ya! We're like brother and sister!
Kym
- Only known you for a couple of years now, and we've become really good
friends. I feel, like with Jen, I can tell you absolutely anything.
Again, we will meet eventually!
And

Online too.
If
there's anyone I've missed off of this list then I'm sorry.
